Return Policy

Our return policy is 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Damaged/Defective Equipment

It is important to inspect your shipment for damages/defects immediately after receiving. If your order arrives damaged/defective and you would like to send it back for a refund or exchange, you must request a return or exchange within 24hrs after your shipment is delivered. After your return/exchange request is submitted and accepted, you have Fifteen(15) Days to send send the equipment back.

Proof of damages/defects must be sent to orders@cobradtg.com. For damaged/defective items, return shipping charges are covered by us.

Damaged or defective items must be reported and a return or exchange must be requested within 24 hours of delivery of your order, do not discard the damaged or defective item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages or request a return or exchange outside of the 24hr time frame, we will not accept responsibility for the damages or offer a return for refund or exchange.

Standard Returns

To be eligible for a return with in 15 Days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Extended Warranty (Can not be transferred)
* Consumable Products

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@cobradtg.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@cobradtg.com.

To receive an exchange for a damaged/defective item, the item must first be returned to us. If you would like a replacement sent out sooner, you will be charged the original price of the item. Once we receive the orignal damaged/defective item, we will refund the original order total.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was damaged/defective and within our 15 day return policy (Does not apply to International Customers*).

Original Order Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

For return shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee
If you choose to cancel* or return your purchase, up to a 45% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your return total.

International Return Shipping Charges
We are not responsible for shipping charges for orders returned outside of the United States. All shipping costs and fees must be handled by the original equipment purchaser.

*Order Cancellations
Orders maybe be cancelled anytime for a full refund until the order moves into production. If you wish to cancel your order after production has began, a restocking fee will be deducted from your return total.
