Unwrap your solenoid from the bubble wrap and grab your 2 wing nuts from the hardware bag.

Place the solenoid plate onto the solenoid mount and install the 2 wing nuts. The nozzle tip should be 6-7″ above the platen. This will allow for a full width spray, you can lower your solenoid to get a more narrow spray if and full width spray is not needed. You may need to make minor up or down adjustments to the distance between the platen and nozzle tip to get the best results.
If you are getting a lot of over spray on the edges, this indicates you need to lower the nozzle a little. A little over spray is to be expected, but with the solenoid in the right place it will be minimal. If you have weak spray on the edges then your nozzle is to low.
The sweet spot we have found is 6 3/4″, in order to get to this height you will need to snug the wing nuts and then push the solenoid bracket to lower it.

Plug in the laser guide lead wire harness into the wire harness coming from the solenoid hose.
