After you have unpacked your King Cobra Pretreat Machine, find a clear workspace and lay the machine upside down on it’s platen.

Move the arch base all way to the right until it stops.

Fully tighten the four M5 bolts to lock the arch base in place, Loctite has already been applied. When you have secured the arch base, you can now flip the machine back over.

Slide the arch into place, the L-Bracket will act as a guide.
Make sure the grub screw on the L-Bracket is not to far in, if it is, the arch will not got pass it.

Install the four M5X8 Socket Head Cap Screws on the corners plates. Do not fully tighten until you have squared the arch.

Once the arch is square, tighten the four M5X8 bolts as well as the L-Bracket Grub Screw.
