How to Setup the Laser Guide System
With your machine setup and primed with pretreatment solution, plug in your laser to the harness found at the end of the high pressure line at the spray solenoid. The laser should emit a line, go ahead and position it to point towards the beginning of the platen. See the image below for reference.
Once you have done this, find a spare shirt and load it onto the platen. Push the platen all the way in as if you were getting ready to pretreat. Now press the purge/prime button very quckly to spray a little bit of pretrearment onto the shirt. Now posistion the laser to the where the the spray started.
That is it! Your Laser Guide System is now set up.
